Weber spends most of his professional time practicing in the firm’s Litigation and Professional Responsibility areas. He joined Kegler Brown in 1992 after clerking for the firm as a law school summer associate in 1991.
Professional Responsibility
Chris focuses on advising clients on professional responsibility and legal ethics issues, including advising lawyers concerning their ethical obligations under Ohio’s Rules of Professional Conduct. He also advises non-lawyers, including individuals and corporations, concerning compliance with Ohio’s regulation of the unauthorized practice of law (UPL). In addition to providing consultation and advice in these areas, he also represents clients in disciplinary matters and UPL actions before the Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline, Board of Commissioners on the Unauthorized Practice of Law, and the Ohio Supreme Court.

Chris also focuses on all aspects of commercial litigation in both state and federal court, as well as personal injury litigation, including medical malpractice and products liability.
