Kevin has extensive experience with all aspects of the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), with particular emphasis on secured transactions and rights and remedies with respect to transactions involving the sale or leasing of goods. He advises both domestic and international clients regarding the UCC and the International Convention on the Sale of Goods.

Some of Kevin’s clients include oil and gas producers, drillers, operators, and marketers. He also is experienced in the coal mining industry and with the surface mining of other minerals.
