Kegler Brown Welcomes Two New Attorneys to the Firm

Kegler Brown Hill + Ritter is pleased to announce the addition of two attorneys to the firm. Keely Rhodes Daniels and Victoria Beckman are the latest members of our legal team.

Daniels joins the firm as a director and will continue her practice in real estate. She brings with her more than a decade of experience in the financing of multifamily affordable housing, regularly advising borrowers, lenders, investors, syndicators and developers, and providing counsel in all aspects involved in conventional, tax credit and HUD-insured financing and refinancing. Daniels also advises clients in the structuring, negotiation, and closing of new investments, developments and substantial rehabilitations, and other complex financings, such as projects involving conduit, public, or housing bonds.

Daniels received her law degree in 2003 from The University of Michigan Law School. She is also an alumna of Princeton University (1999).

Beckman joins Kegler Brown’s litigation practice. Before practicing complex commercial litigation in Columbus, Beckman practiced in Arizona, trying major felony cases as a public defender and litigating trademark and patent related cases as an intellectual property attorney. Her experience in the trial process includes responsibilities in a variety of roles in state, circuit and federal courts, as well as the United States Supreme Court.

Beckman received her law degree in 2007 from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. She also graduated from the Universidad Nacional de Colombia in 2000 with a degree in Industrial Engineering.
