Kegler Brown Welcomes Two Attorneys

Kegler Brown welcomes two new attorneys to the firm, Eve Ellinger and Sara Radcliffe.

Eve M. Ellinger joins the labor and employee relations practice area team, where she will regularly counsel clients on wage and hour laws, employment agreements and state discrimination laws. She is well-versed in working with corporate entities and public municipalities to advise them through the litigation and arbitration process.

A graduate of Capital University Law School, Eve has been selected as an "Ohio Rising Star" by Law & Politics magazine for six years. She is also active in the central Ohio community as a mentor in the Ohio Supreme Court Lawyer to Lawyer mentoring program, is a Columbus Bar Foundation Action for Justice Committee member, and is also a founding member of the United Way Young Leadership Group and Women's Leadership Council.

Sara J. Radcliffe joins Kegler Brown with a practice focus primarily on issues involving property leases, title matters and numerous other key aspects of real estate law. She has a background in creditors' rights and bankruptcy, where she has represented hundreds of clients in their Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy filings in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.

Receiving her Juris Doctor from University of Akron School of Law, Sara was vice president of the Jewish Law Students Association during her time at the university. She is also a certified mediator for the state of Ohio.
