Director Latest Addition to Real Estate Practice

Nick joins Kegler Brown’s growing real estate litigation team and brings with him an extensive background in land use and development law. He will focus on matters that involve land development, zoning and planning, and related litigation. Well-versed in all aspects of the entitlement process, Nick will advise clients on the complexities that they may face and assess their land use issues for each particular locality.

Nick's practice at Kegler Brown will extend to the litigation of administrative appeals and original court actions arising from all aspects of land use matters and real property disputes. He will also counsel clients on economic development matters and tax incentives in connection with development, such as tax increment financing, community reinvestment areas and enterprise zones.

A graduate of Loyola University Law School, Nick was previously a partner at a Columbus zoning and land use law firm, as well as general counsel for privately held companies engaged in public and private planning, architecture and engineering matters prior to joining Kegler Brown.

Nick is a member of both the Columbus Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association, and is active in the German Village Society, currently serving as a trustee.
