Hill to Give Oral Argument at Mock Trial

Tom Hill will give the closing argument when The Ohio Chapter of the American College of Trial Lawyers presents a mock trial based on a historic and notorious case that occurred in Cincinnati. Tom will be joined by some of the best trial lawyers in the country as they try People v. Margaret Garner. The mock trial centers around a child-murder case that was never tried. Duress, justification, mental state and other contemporary issues are likely to arise in the trial. The event will take place on Tuesday, October 5 from 8:30 am - 11:30 pm at the Cincinnati Hilton.
