Kegler, Brown, Hill & Ritter is pleased to announce Donald W. Gregory and Thomas W. Hill, both directors with the firm, have been selected for inclusion in the elite group of 'America's Leading Business Lawyers' for 2004-2005 by Chambers USA. Additionally, the firm's construction law practice was also named a leader in Ohio.
Research acknowledged Gregory, who was awarded a ranking of two by Chambers, as a "real tough litigator and a strong advocate" with a forte in trial work. The directory says Gregory, the chair of the firm's construction law practice, is known for his strong subcontractor client base and experience with mechanics' liens. Recently, Gregory led the team that acted for a contractor in a landmark case concerning the propriety of tendering process in the Ohio's school building program.
