ConsensusDOCS Releases New IPD Agreement

The ConsensusDOCS coalition recently published the highly anticipated Multi-Party Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) Agreement (ConsensusDOCS 300). This agreement reflects the latest trends and practices in the IPD arena. IPD is a collaborative project delivery approach that seeks to reduce waste and minimize conflict by aligning the business interests of the owner, contractor and design professional, as they share financial risk and reward based upon a project outcome.
ConsensusDOCS are a family of construction contracts agreed to in a collaborative fashion by over 40 design and construction industry associations.
