McCarty to Present at
Workers' Compensation Conference

David McCarty will speak at "Advanced Workers' Compensation in Ohio" on June 2, 2006 at the Midwest Hotel and Conference Center in Columbus; and on June 16 at the Holiday Inn-Dayton North in Dayton. The seminar is sponsored by Lorman Education Services, and will focus on critical workers' compensation issues, such as the light duty job offer; analysis of permanent total disability; unauthorized practice of law; forms and standards of eligibility; ethical considerations; and drugs and alcohol in the workplace. Dave's portion of the presentation will discuss disability, including temporary total permanent partial and permanent total; as well as wage loss compensation.
