Schuler and Barsotti to Speak
on Intellectual Property Issues

Robert Schuler and Stephen Barsotti will give presentations on the topics of patent litigation and trademark litigation as part of the Ohio State Bar Association's upcoming CLE Institute program on intellectual property (IP). Rob's presentation will focus on preparing a client for patent litigation and effective litigation case management. Steve will highlight the policing of trademarks and outline cost-effective approaches to trademark litigation. The seminar will take place in Columbus on March 15, 2006 at the Ohio State Bar Association, 1500 Lake Shore Drive. It will also be held in the Dayton area, at the Holiday Inn Conference Center I-675, located at 2800 Presidential Drive; Fairborn.
