Sykes to Speak on Revised UCC Article 9

Kevin Sykes will present "Revised UCC Article 9 Secured Transactions" at the National Business Institute's March 2, 2006 seminar. The event is designed to help Ohio practitioners get their Article 9 knowledge up-to-speed. In addition to providing an overview of revised article 9, Kevin's presentation will focus on the scope of the statute; new types of collateral; collateral descriptions; filing and perfection rules; revisions pertaining to foreclosure; and priority rules defined.
