McCarty Slated to Present at
Workers' Compensation Seminar

David McCarty will speak at Lorman Education Services' upcoming seminar, Advanced Workers' Compensation in Ohio on Thursday, June 9, 2005. Dave's presentation, "Compensation: Forms and Standards of Eligibility" will discuss temporary total disability, permanent partial disability, wage loss compensation, permanent total disability, as well as other forms of compensation.

This one-day seminar is designed for insurance claims representatives, human resource directors, safety directors, business owners and CEOs, attorneys and health care professionals. Additional seminar topics include critical workers' compensation issues, such as permanent total disability, light duty and standards of compensation eligibility.
