Sugarman to Speak About
Liabilities Under State and Federal Law

Roger Sugarman will speak at The Ohio State Bar Association's (OSBA) upcoming conference, Advising Corporate Directors and Officers on Friday, July 9, 2004. Roger's presentation, "Liabilities Under State and Federal Laws," will focus on breach of fiduciary duty, injunction context and damages context.
