Employers must contend with a myriad of diverse workplace restrictions beyond the traditional union and management problems. An effective employee relations program is crucial for managing these restrictions.
“Managing Labor and Employee Relations” specifically addresses the issues facing employers. This half-day session will provide information to better equip employers in dealing with workplace restrictions.
