PRESENTERS

Geoffrey Stern

Served as Disciplinary Counsel of the Supreme Court of Ohio as well as chair of the Ohio State Bar Association's Committee on Legal Ethics and Professional Conduct. He heads the professional responsibility practice area at Kegler Brown. Frequent speaker and expert witness on ethics/malpractice.

Christopher Weber

Focuses on trial and appellate advocacy in areas of commercial litigation, professional responsibility and corporate governance and compliance law. Has tried several disciplinary cases to successful conclusions. Frequent speaker on disciplinary matters.

Rasheeda Khan

Focuses on trial and appellate advocacy in areas of commercial litigation, professional responsibility, and criminal defense. Ms. Khan has served as first and second chair on numerous hearings before the Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline and the Board of Commissioners on Character and Fitness.

Lynn Balshone Jacobs

Has spent several years of practice in the Civil Division of the Lucas County Prosecutor's Office. For the past four years, she has been a member of the Supreme Court's Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline, hearing scores of cases.

Carol A. Costa

practiced for several years as a partner in the law firm of Buckingham, Doolittle & Burroughs LLP. Seven years ago, she was appointed as Assistant Disciplinary Counsel and has tried and presented numerous disciplinary cases to the Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline and to the Supreme Court of Ohio.
