Presenters
Jonathan E. Coughlan has served as Disciplinary
Counsel of the Supreme Court of Ohio since 1997. Adjunct
Professor teaching Professional Responsibility at the Ohio
State University Moritz College of Law. Member, Board of
Directors of the Association of Judicial Disciplinary Counsel
and Instructor, National College of District Attorneys.
Geoffrey Stern served as Disciplinary
Counsel of the Supreme Court of Ohio from 1993 to 1997 as
well as chair of the Ohio State Bar Association's Committee
on Legal Ethics and Professional Conduct. He heads the professional
responsibility practice area at Kegler Brown. Frequent speaker
and expert witness on ethics/malpractice.
Christopher J. Weber focuses on trial
and appellate advocacy in areas of commercial litigation,
professional responsibility and corporate governance and
compliance law. Has tried several disciplinary cases to
successful conclusions. Frequent speaker on disciplinary
matters.
Rasheeda Z. Khan focuses on trial and
appellate advocacy in areas of commercial litigation, professional
responsibility, and criminal defense. Ms. Khan has served
as first and second chair on numerous hearings before the
Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline and
the Board of Commissioners on Character and Fitness.
