Overview

This year's Annual Bankruptcy Seminar will provide insight into the recently passed bankruptcy reform legislation. It is designed for credit managers and credit departments, for both novices and seasoned professionals. Larry J. McClatchey co-chairs Kegler Brown’s creditors’ rights and bankruptcy area and focuses on creditor/debtor protection and bankruptcy court matters.

Donald W. Gregory chairs Kegler Brown’s construction law and litigation practice areas. A 2005 graduate of the Cleveland-Marshall School of Law, Michael J. Madigan now represents clients in construction law matters. Prior to his legal career, Madigan worked as project manager for a national construction firm and he has experience working on a variety of projects, including high-end office buildings, parking structures, tenant fit-out and data centers.

     
Union photo   An experienced presenter for more than six years, Stephanie P. Union received her law degree from the University of Cincinnati. She is now an associate at Kegler Brown whose practice focuses on litigation with an emphasis in creditors’ rights and bankruptcy issues.
