Employers must now contend with a myriad of diverse workplace restrictions beyond the traditional union and management problems. An effective employee relations program is crucial for managing these restrictions. 'Selected Issues in Managing Labor and Employee Relations in the Workplace' specifically addresses the issues facing employers. This eleventh annual half-day session will provide information to better equip employers in dealing with workplace restrictions.
