Disciplinary Counsel of the Supreme Court of Ohio from 1993 to 1997 and as =
chair of the Ohio State Bar Association's Committee on Legal Ethics and Pro=
fessional Conduct from 1992 to 1993. He heads the professional responsibili=
ty practice area at Kegler Brown.=0D=0A =0D=0AChristopher J. Weber is a mem=
ber of the litigation, professional responsibility and construction practic=
e areas at Kegler Brown. He has tried several disciplinary cases to success=
ful conclusions. Chris is also a veteran presenter on a variety of professi=
onalism and ethics topics. =0D=0A =0D=0AJill Snitcher McQuain is the assist=
ant bar counsel with the Columbus Bar Association. She handles grievances a=
lleging ethical misconduct and investigates and prosecutes allegations of t=
