Cookson maintains a diverse practice as trusted counsel in business, banking and real estate matters and issues involving bankruptcy, state/local taxation, non-profits and more.

Ken regularly offers guidance to clients regarding some of the most important decisions facing their businesses, including formation and structuring strategies and state and local tax disputes. He also advises buyers and sellers in business and real estate transactions, as well as lenders and borrowers in lending transactions. Additionally, Ken assists creditors in collection and recovery matters and advises financially troubled businesses in restructuring.
