Certified Mediator
Martijn has a particular emphasis in the resolution of international disputes and disputes arising in the field of logistics, which include the warehousing, supply and transport of goods. He has spoken on a number of mediation and international topics over the last fifteen years across Ohio and around the world, and has recently presented educational programs on Ohio's adoption of the Uniform Mediation Act and the particular issues that arise in international mediations.
