Career Highlights
Has represented numerous small business clients in bankruptcy matters since 1980, and is especially interested and proficient in small business reorganizations under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code.
Has also been involved in many large chapter 11 cases, advising clients in cases of national interest such as Mid-American Waste Systems, Drug Emporium, LTV Steel, e.Spire Communications, Hechinger's and Montgomery Ward.
Kegler Brown has been recognized for its contributions to continuing education on credit and collection issues. In 1999, Larry received the first Award of Excellence from National Association of Credit Management - OHIO for his efforts.
Has been a leader in establishing and growing the firm's creditor's rights and bankruptcy practice, which he chairs.
