Career Highlights
Actively participated in a three week jury trial over contractor’s
labor inefficiency claim.
Assisted in resolving numerous disputes through the Article Eight
and mediation process.
Acted as project counsel on a variety of projects ranging from
$5 million to over $80 million.
Worked as a project manager for the Whiting-Turner Contracting
Company out of its Cleveland, Ohio office from 1997-2002. Project
experience includes high-end office buildings, parking structures,
multiple tenant fit-outs, a data center and a daycare facility.
