Trial and appellate practice with a concentration in construction law. Representative clients include subcontractors, suppliers, architects, owners, contractors and others in the construction industry.
Arbitrator & Mediator
Don has been actively involved as a third party neutral in ADR procedures on complex construction projects, including mediation and arbitration. He is a neutral for Construction Dispute Resolution Services, the National Arbitration Forum and a mediator and arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association. He has trained arbitrators for the American Arbitration Association and is on the Advisory Panel for both the National Arbitration Forum and the American Arbitration Association. He currently serves as an arbitrator on the "Blue Ribbon Panel" of the AAA for Complex Construction Disputes.
