Intellectual Property
Has extensive experience in identifying and protecting clients’ intangible assets. Regularly safeguards clients’ intellectual property interests, including domestic and international trademarks, copyrights, confidentiality agreements and NDAs, services agreements, infringement and trade secrets litigation and the drafting and negotiation of licenses. Also specializes in electronic media, including software agreements, domain name disputes and Web site terms and conditions.

International Business
Leverages knowledge of business and intellectual property law to service clients outside the United States. Counsels businesses in international acquisition transactions, trademark protection and issues involving supply and distribution.

Successfully advised client with launch of worldwide brand and trademark protection strategy in 32 countries.

Advised buyer in $20 million stock acquisition in the Czech Republic and Ukraine.
